5. Payments, Billing & Trials

Software, workflows, and systems
Branding, designs, and proprietary materials
b. Client Content
You retain ownership of content you input into the system
You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide services
c. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided to you for use
We make no claim of ownership over your use of outputs
No exclusivity or originality guarantees are provided
9. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to: Stripe, GoHighLevel, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Grok, and Gmail.
We are not responsible for:
Third-party service outages or failures
Data handling outside our systems
Changes to third-party terms or policies
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
10. Suspension & Termination
